Voor een internationale speler binnen de verpakkingsindustrie zoeken we een technisch operator die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt, technisch inzicht combineert met een praktische aanpak en energie krijgt van een productieproces dat perfect draait.

Je werkt binnen een stabiele organisatie met verschillende vestigingen in België en een sterke internationale aanwezigheid. Toch blijft de sfeer op de werkvloer toegankelijk en collegiaal. Samen met je collega’s zorg je voor kwalitatieve kunststofverpakkingen die hun weg vinden naar onder andere de voedings- en farmaceutische sector.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Machines opstarten, bedienen en ombouwen behoort tot je dagelijkse verantwoordelijkheid, waarbij je ervoor zorgt dat de productie vlot en efficiënt blijft verlopen
  • Na weekendstilstanden help je de installaties opnieuw correct op gang en volg je het proces nauwgezet op
  • Tijdens de productie voer je kwaliteitscontroles uit en registreer je de resultaten zorgvuldig in het systeem
  • Afwijkingen of technische problemen merk je snel op, waarna je de oorzaak analyseert en waar mogelijk meteen bijstuurt
  • Dankzij jouw technische blik denk je actief mee over verbeteringen, optimalisaties en een efficiëntere productie
  • Je hebt een technische opleiding achter de rug of beschikt over relevante ervaring binnen productie, techniek of kunststofverwerking
  • Veiligheid en kwaliteit staan voor jou voorop en technische problemen pak je graag op een praktische en oplossingsgerichte manier aan
  • Je beschikt over een goede kennis van het Nederlands, zodat je veiligheids- en werkinstructies correct kan begrijpen en toepassen
