Als Technisch Operator zorg jij ervoor dat het productieproces soepel blijft draaien. Je werkt met moderne machines en houdt continu in de gaten of alles goed verloopt. In deze functie werk je in een 3-ploegendienst en heb je een afwisselende rol binnen de productie. Je werkzaamheden: - Machines bedienen, instellen en ombouwen; - Kwaliteitscontroles uitvoeren en resultaten registreren; - Kleine technische storingen oplossen; - Eerstelijns onderhoud uitvoeren; - Zorgen voor een goede aan- en afvoer van materialen; - Meedenken over verbeteringen binnen het proces.

Je gaat aan de slag bij een producent van kunststof grondstoffen die gespecialiseerd is in maatwerk en innovatieve oplossingen voor klanten. Vanuit twee productielocaties in Enschede werkt een team van ongeveer 65 collega’s dagelijks aan de ontwikkeling en productie van klantspecifieke producten. De sfeer binnen het bedrijf is professioneel maar nuchter. Collega’s helpen elkaar en de lijnen zijn kort. Binnen de productie werk je samen met een vast team van operators en technici. Samen zorgen jullie ervoor dat het productieproces soepel verloopt en de kwaliteit hoog blijft. Door de groei van het bedrijf zijn er volop ontwikkelingen binnen de organisatie en wordt er continu gekeken naar verbetering en innovatie.
