Voor een toonaangevend productiebedrijf in Houthalen, met meer dan 45 jaar ervaring in hoogwaardige verpakkingsoplossingen, zoeken we een ervaren operator. Het bedrijf ontwikkelt en produceert verpakkingen voor diverse sectoren, zoals draagtassen, groente- en fruitverpakkingen, verzendverpakkingen en industriële verpakkingen. Dankzij hun focus op kwaliteit en innovatie zijn ze uitgegroeid tot een gevestigde waarde in de sector.

Voor onze productieafdeling zijn wij op zoek naar een gemotiveerde operator met technisch inzicht en een hands-on mentaliteit. In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het correct instellen en opvolgen van onze productiemachines en zorg je ervoor dat het productieproces vlot blijft verlopen.

Taken: - Omstellen van machines en instellen en controleren van productieparameters - Bevoorraden van productielijnen - Bedienen en opvolgen van de goede werking van de machines - Detecteren en verhelpen van storingen - Meedenken over verbeteringen in het productieproces - Je collega’s ondersteunen waar nodig - Zorg dragen voor orde, netheid en veiligheid op de werkvloer

Wie ben jij?

  • Je bent leergierig en gemotiveerd
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor kwaliteit
  • Je functioneert goed in teamverband, maar kan ook zelfstandig werken
  • Je hebt een praktische ingesteldheid en steekt graag de handen uit de mouwen
  • Verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en teamspirit

Opleiding: Een technisch diploma is niet vereist, aanleg en interesse in techniek is wel een must
