Als technisch operatorben jij de schakel die ervoor zorgt dat complexe productielijnen continu en stabiel blijven draaien. Je werkt in een team waar probleemoplossend denken, leergierigheid en technische interesse centraal staan. Bovendien krijg je een duidelijk groeitraject richting een vaste indienstname, zodat je jouw technische carrière stap voor stap kan uitbouwen in een innovatieve werkomgeving.

  • Je beschikt over technisch inzicht en probleemoplossend vermogen
  • Je bent leergierig en wil stap voor stap groeien in complexiteit
  • Je bent bereid te werken in 2 ploegen
  • Je blijft rustig en gestructureerd werken in een hectische productieomgeving
  • Je kan nauwkeurig en kwaliteitsgericht werken
