Werk je graag met machines én wil je begrijpen wat er achter het productieproces gebeurt? Als Technisch Operator Extrusie stuur je bij United Petfood een volledige productielijn aan.

Elk recept vraagt andere instellingen. Jij volgt de parameters nauwkeurig op, stuurt het proces bij en zorgt ervoor dat de juiste kwaliteit wordt bereikt. Je krijgt veel verantwoordelijkheid, lost technische problemen op en ziet aan het einde van je shift het resultaat van jouw werk: kwaliteitsvolle voeding voor honden en katten.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je bereidt het productieproces voor en stelt de maal-, meng- en extrusielijn correct in.
  • Je start de installaties op en volgt het volledige proces van meel tot brok op.
  • Je bewaakt verschillende parameters en past de instellingen aan wanneer dat nodig is.
  • Je voert kwaliteitscontroles en staalnames uit.
  • Je analyseert storingen en lost technische problemen zoveel mogelijk zelfstandig op.
  • Je weegt grondstoffen correct af en bereidt ze voor.
  • Je voert basisonderhoud uit en houdt je werkplek en installaties netjes.
