Heb je een technische opleiding achter de rug of al ervaring als technisch operator en wil je werken met machines, metaal en hoogwaardige onderdelen? Bij onze klant krijg je de kans om verschillende machines te leren bedienen, je technische kennis verder uit te bouwen en mee te werken aan onderdelen voor de hijs- en hefindustrie. Met een mooi loon, maaltijdcheques en een opleiding op de werkvloer krijg je hier de ruimte om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen.

Jouw job als Technisch Operator:

Als Technisch Operator kom je terecht in een technische omgeving waar kwaliteit, precisie en veiligheid centraal staan. Je werkt met verschillende machines en bent verantwoordelijk voor het correct bewerken, afwerken en controleren van metalen onderdelen.

  • BorenJe bedient de boormachine en zorgt ervoor dat gaten volgens de juiste afmetingen en specificaties worden geboord.
  • PersenMet behulp van een hitte- en persmachine breng je bouten op de juiste maat.
  • Draaien en bewerkenJe werkt met een draaibank om schroefdraden bij te werken of bouten te produceren voor kleinere orders.
  • TappenJe maakt schroefdraad in metalen onderdelen met behulp van de tapmachine.
  • TrommelenJe bewerkt en werkt bouten af in de trommelmachine.
  • PoedercoatenJe bedient de poederlijn waarmee bewerkte producten worden voorzien van een beschermende coating tegen corrosie en roest.
  • KwaliteitscontroleJe voert testen uit op afgewerkte producten met een testbank, waaronder laad- en breektesten, om te controleren of ze aan de vereiste kwaliteits- en veiligheidsnormen voldoen.

Je leert verschillende machines en processen kennen en groeit zo uit tot een allround technisch operator.

  • Je hebt al ervaring als technisch operator, machineoperator of metaalbewerker..
  • Je bent bereid om in een 2-ploegenstelsel te werken.
  • Je bent gemotiveerd om verschillende machines en productietechnieken aan te leren.
