Onze organisatie is een wereldleider in de ontwikkeling van hoogwaardige kunststoffen, met meer dan 80 jaar ervaring. Vanuit onze vestiging in regio Gent leveren we innovatieve materialen voor diverse industrieën, waaronder de auto-, elektronica- en medische sector.

Bij ons werk je in een dynamische en vooruitstrevende werkomgeving, waar innovatie centraal staat. Als technisch operator in ons R&D-team ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen en testen van prototypes via het spuitgietproces. Je werkt nauw samen met klanten en interne teams om innovatieve oplossingen te creëren en het productieproces te verbeteren.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Coördineren en vastleggen van de werkzaamheden in het ontwikkelingscentrum
  • Het afstellen van spuitgietmachines, het monteren en demonteren van mallen, en het uitvoeren van tests op klant-specifieke prototypes.
  • Het plannen, voorbereiden en uitvoeren van spuitgietproeven
  • Het uitvoeren van onderhoud, kalibratie, reiniging en testen van de machines.
  • Je bent in het bezit van enige ervaring in matrijzenbouw, spuitgietproces of moulding. Zo niet, heb je affiniteit met metaal, CNC en fijntechniek.
  • Je beschikte over een stevige dosis IT-competenties: Office, Outlook, Powerpoint, Excel, SAP, …
  • Vloeiende taalvaardigheid in zowel het Nederlands als het Engels is verwacht.
