AFB gaat op zoek naar een operator die uitdaging zoekt in een technisch moderne werkomgeving. Je komt terecht bij een informele familiale kmo waar menselijke waardering een kernwaarde is. De kandidaat met de juiste attitude en motivatie kan starten onder meteen vast contract onbepaalde duur.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Als technisch operator krijg je de verantwoordelijkheid een moderne CNC-gestuurde draaimachine waarmee je productieorders voor metaal draaiwerk realiseert.
  • Je leert de machines stap voor stap kennen tot je in staat bent om volledig zelfstandig van a tot z te werken:
  • Op basis van een technisch plan en werktuiginstructies ga je het benodigde snijgereedschap in de cnc-machines opspannen en afstellen.
  • Je zal de machine instellen met de juiste bewerkingsparameters.
  • Je volgt de productie op en controleert de geproduceerde stukken op kwaliteit en technisch toleranties.
  • Je staat in voor het basisonderhoud van de machine en bijhorende uitrusting.
  • Je hebt een technisch diploma mechanica of metaalbewerking of je bent handig en hebt een technisch inzicht.
  • Je bent gemotiveerd en haalt voldoening om perfect afgewerkte producten af te leveren.
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken en durft verantwoordelijkheid te nemen.
  • Je werkt georganiseerd, ordelijk en net.
  • Je bent vooral leergierig en gedreven om expert van je machine te worden.
  • Je bent bereid om in 2-ploegen te werken van 6u tot 14u, en van 14u tot 22u.
