Hou jij van cijfers, technische puzzels en werk dat écht moet kloppen? Als Technisch Order Entry Medewerker combineer je calculatie, techniek en administratie. Je krijgt een grondige opleiding in glas, calculatie en productiesoftware. Zo bouw je stap voor stap een technische specialisatie op.

Je werkt binnen een sterk regionaal productiebedrijf in de wereld van ramen, deuren en glas. Je zorgt ervoor dat een bestelling technisch klopt vóór ze richting productie gaat.

Een komma verkeerd? Dat kan hier al snel een duur grapje worden.

Functie-inhoud Je start met technische calculaties en groeit daarna door naar volledige orderverwerking.

  • Je analyseert plannen, meetstaten en specificaties en vertaalt deze naar een correcte technische offerte.
  • Je berekent afmetingen, aantallen, glassamenstellingen, bewerkingen en prijzen, zodat klanten een juist voorstel ontvangen.
  • Je koppelt verschillende technische parameters aan elkaar en controleert de technische haalbaarheid van een bestelling.
  • Je verwerkt orders in de database en productiesoftware, zodat productie met correcte informatie kan starten.
  • Je bouwt steeds meer kennis op van glasproducten, productiemogelijkheden en interne processen.

Je werkt in een productieomgeving waar jouw werk rechtstreeks impact heeft op het eindresultaat. Je bent dus een belangrijke schakel tussen de technische informatie, de offerte en productie.

Je bent iemand die graag begrijpt waarom iets klopt. Je houdt van cijfers, werkt nauwkeurig en vindt het interessant om complexe informatie logisch uit elkaar te halen. Je hoeft nog geen expert in glas te zijn. Wel heb je voldoende technisch inzicht en de nieuwsgierigheid om een nieuw productgamma grondig te leren kennen. Je werkt zelfstandig, maar stemt af wanneer dat nodig is. Vooral je manier van denken is belangrijk: gestructureerd, kritisch en met aandacht voor details.

  • Je werkt vlot met cijfers en berekeningen.
  • Je hebt technisch inzicht en kunt technische plannen lezen of dit snel aanleren.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd.
  • Je bent vlot met computers en leert nieuwe software snel.

Nice-to-haves

  • Ervaring met calculatie of werkvoorbereiding.
  • Ervaring met orderverwerking of technische administratie.
  • Ervaring binnen een productieomgeving.
  • Kennis van ramen, deuren of glas.

Een specifiek diploma is niet noodzakelijk. Technisch inzicht, logisch denkvermogen en nauwkeurigheid wegen zwaarder.
