Manpower is specialist in de rekrutering van bedienden en arbeiders voor de KMO markt in onze regio. Wij bieden je uitzendwerk aan of vaste jobs voor onmiddellijke indiensttreding. Telkens weer gaan we voluit voor de ‘perfecte match’ tussen werkgever en sollicitant.

Voor een productiebedrijf met een stevige internationale voetafdruk in de regio Tienen zoeken we een procesoperator. Als procesoperator krijg je de kans om deel uit te maken van een modern team dat inzet op duurzaamheid en technologie. Je komt terecht op een plek waar techniek en milieu hand in hand gaan.

Jobomschrijving

Wat ga jij doen als procesoperator?

  • Je ondersteunt actief bij de verwerking van nevenstromen en de werking van de waterzuivering.
  • Je voert metingen uit, neemt processtalen en volgt productie- en kwaliteitsparameters op.
  • Je voert operationele, logistieke en eenvoudige onderhoudstaken uit aan installaties en apparatuur.
  • Je voert controles en rondgangen uit, overlegt met collega's en supervisoren en zorgt voor een veilige en nette werkomgeving volgens 6S.
  • Je schat risico's in, denkt mee over verbeteringen en draagt bij aan een efficiënte en kwalitatieve productie.

Ben jij de procesoperator die wij zoeken?

  • Je hebt een technisch diploma of ervaring als operator
  • Ervaring of interesse in chemische processen, waterzuivering of kwaliteitszorg is een plus
  • Een heftruck- of wielladerbrevet is mooi meegenomen
  • Je hebt een hands-on mentaliteit en leert graag bij
  • Je werkt ordelijk, veilig en bent stressbestendig
  • Je bent communicatief, kritisch en denkt mee in verbeteringen
  • Je bent bereid om in een 4-ploegenstelsel te werken (vroege, late, nacht, dag)
