The posting

Voor een bedrijf in Tienen, zijn we op zoek naar een gemotiveerde lijnoperator voeding.

Onze opdrachtgever is een bedrijf dat is uitgegroeid tot een absolute topper in de verwerking van liquide chocolade. Ter ondersteuning van hun team van operatoren zijn we op zoek naar een leergierige én enthousiaste lijnoperator voeding.

Als lijnoperator sta je in voor volgende taken:

Je krijgt je opleiding in 2 ploegen en stapt nadien over naar de vaste nacht.

Je gaat aan de slag in onze semi-geautomatiseerde productieafdeling waar je het hele productieproces van het chocoladeproduct in goede banen leidt.

Je hebt hierbij constant overleg met je collega's van de keuken, verpakking en technische dienst.

Je stelt de productielijnen af volgens welbepaalde werkinstructies.

Je houdt rekening met de hoge kwaliteitseisen en je voert tevens nauwkeurig de opgelegde controles en registraties uit aan de lijnen. Aandacht voor netheid en hygiëne is een must.

Je bent samen met de teamleader inpak mee verantwoordelijk voor het afleveren van een kwaliteitsvol eindproduct.

De lijnoperator die wij zoeken, beschikt over volgende competenties:

  • Je beschikt over een minimum ervaring als operator
  • Als je vertrouwd bent met hygiënenormen in voeding, dan is dit zeker een pluspunt
  • Je denkt mee om ons productieproces nog te verbeteren en durft initiatief te nemen
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands
  • Je werkt efficiënt
  • Je beschikt over een basiskennis techniek
  • Je kan met een computer werken Je bent bereid om je opleiding in 2 ploegen te volgen en stapt nadien over naar de vaste nacht. Loon: € 17,49 bruto per uur (cat. 2 PC 118.14) en na 6 maanden € 18,05 bruto per uur. Ploegenpremie: € 0,64 (ochtend), € 0,73 (middag), € 2,54 (nacht).
