Als Project Inkoper Maritiem speel je een belangrijke rol binnen uitdagende projecten en ben je tegelijkertijd verantwoordelijk voor jouw eigen inkoopcategorieën. Je zorgt ervoor dat materialen, componenten en diensten tijdig beschikbaar zijn en zoekt continu naar de beste balans tussen kwaliteit, leverbetrouwbaarheid, risicobeheersing en kosten. Wat ga je doen? In deze veelzijdige functie combineer je projectinkoop met category management. Je werkt nauw samen met projectteams, leveranciers en interne stakeholders om projecten succesvol te realiseren. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Inkopen van project specifieke onderdelen en technische componenten; - Bewaken van levertijden, voortgang en bestelstatussen binnen projecten; - Opstellen en uitvoeren van categorieplannen; - Selecteren, kwalificeren en contracteren van nieuwe leveranciers; - Onderhandelen over prijs-, kwaliteits- en leveringsafspraken; - Beheren en optimaliseren van bestaande leveranciersrelaties; - Monitoren van leveranciersprestaties op het gebied van kwaliteit, beschikbaarheid en kosten; - Opstellen, beheren en optimaliseren van contracten; - Initiëren van procesverbeteringen binnen de inkooporganisatie.
