De functie Als Technisch Projectleider Railinfra ben je verantwoordelijk voor de realisatie van een extra onderhoudsspoor en wasvoorziening voor 90-meter metrovoertuigen. Je stuurt ontwerp, engineering, aanbesteding en realisatie aan en bewaakt scope, planning, budget, risico's, raakvlakken, veiligheid en operationele continuïteit. Je stemt af met Exploitatie, Onderhoud, Asset Management, Techniek en IB, organiseert besluitvorming en rapporteert aan de programmamanager. Jouw taken - Je stuurt de planuitwerking, engineering en voorbereiding van de aanpassingen aan de werkplaats aan en coördineert deze. - Je stemt af met interne stakeholders binnen Exploitatie, Onderhoud, Asset Management, Techniek en IB. - Je stuurt op scope, planning, budget, risico's, raakvlakken en besluitvorming. - Je organiseert en begeleidt ontwerp-, review- en besluitvormingsprocessen. - Je bereidt de aanbesteding en contractering voor en begeleidt deze. - Je bewaakt de operationele inpassing en de continuïteit van de werkplaats tijdens de werkzaamheden. - Je bereidt de realisatie voor en stuurt deze aan, inclusief veiligheid, kwaliteit, voortgang en oplevering. Wij vragen - Je hebt een afgeronde HBO- of WO-opleiding; een opleidingsrichting in civiele techniek of werktuigbouwkunde is een pre. - Minimaal 10 jaar relevante ervaring binnen technisch projectmanagement, engineering of infraprojecten. - Aantoonbare ervaring met multidisciplinaire ontwerp- of realisatietrajecten. - Het vermogen om zelfstandig te werken, snel je weg te vinden in een nieuwe organisatie en proactief afstemming te zoeken. - Ervaring met stakeholders, leveranciers en technische documentatie. - Sterke planning-, organisatie- en prioriteringsvaardigheden. - Resultaatgerichtheid is gewenst: je houdt focu...
