Over de organisatie

Hays Construction is op zoek naar een gemotiveerde collega voor dé specialist in HVAC en sanitaire installaties in West- & Oost-Vlaanderen. Deze West-Vlaamse familiale organisatie, verspreid over twee vestigingen, focust vooral op B2B totaalpakketten op maat, zowel in residentiële als industriële setting. Alle ondersteunende diensten zijn gecentraliseerd, wat zorgt voor een duidelijke structuur en korte beslissingslijnen.

Jouw nieuwe functie

Als Projectmanager HVAC ben je verantwoordelijk voor de volledige opvolging van uitdagende en gevarieerde HVAC- en sanitaire projecten. Je bouwt verder op de verkregen studies en calculaties van je collega's.

  • Je maakt en bewaakt planning, budget, rapportage, vorderingsstaten en nacalculatie. Je houdt administratie nauwkeurig bij.
  • Je bent regelmatig aanwezig op de werf en volgt de uitvoering op in tandem met de werfleider. Dankzij je technische kennis kan je ploegen bijsturen en oplossingen aanreiken waar nodig.
  • Je onderhoudt een goede relatie met en geeft advies aan klanten waarbij je meedenkt over op maat gemaakte oplossingen
  • Je houdt contact met diverse stakeholders en zorgt voor een continu verloop van je projecten.

Jouw profiel

  • Je hebt meer dan vijf jaar ervaring een soortgelijke verantwoordelijke functie binnen de branche van chauffage en sanitair.
  • Je beschikt over een grondige kennis van gebouwautomatisering, met een duidelijke focus op HVAC-toepassingen.
  • Je bent flexibel in je werkorganisatie en staat nuchter en assertief in het leven.
  • Je denkt oplossingsgericht en werkt graag met mensen. Je treedt op als vak-expert maar weet ondersteuning te vragen van ervaren collega's bij complexe dossiers.
