Om klanten en techniekers beter te ondersteunen, zoekt onze klant een Technisch Specialist Klimatisatie. Dit profiel zal technische ondersteuning bieden en innovatieve oplossingen uitdragen, met de kans om zich te ontwikkelen binnen een mensgerichte en vooruitstrevende organisatie. Dit wereldwijd gerenommeerde bedrijf, met meer dan een eeuw ervaring, staat bekend om zijn technologische innovaties en duurzame oplossingen. Ondanks zijn status als multinational behoudt de Belgische vestiging een warme, persoonlijke werksfeer. Met een team van ongeveer 50 medewerkers verdeeld over vier gespecialiseerde afdelingen biedt het bedrijf expertise in visuele technologie, huishoudelijke producten, automotive toepassingen en groene energie.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Technische ondersteuning bieden aan klanten en techniekers bij problemen met warmtepompen en airconditioningsystemen.
  • Probleemoplossing zowel telefonisch als ter plaatse uitvoeren.
  • Producten opvolgen en ervoor zorgen dat technische vragen snel en efficiënt worden behandeld.
  • Nauwe samenwerking met de salesafdeling, maar met een zelfstandige focus op technische ondersteuning.
  • Regelmatig op de baan zijn, met projecten in zowel België als Luxemburg.
  • Op termijn productopleidingen geven aan techniekers na een uitgebreide interne training.
  • Zelfstandig je planning opstellen en beheren.
  • Je hebt een diploma A2 of Bachelor in Elektromechanica of Klimatisatie.
  • Ervaring is een plus, maar geen must; een uitgebreide productopleiding wordt voorzien.
  • Je hebt affiniteit met en interesse in technische producten en systemen.
  • Maturiteit, zelfstandigheid en verantwoordelijkheidszin typeren jou.
  • Je bent communicatief en weet technische informatie helder over te brengen.
  • Flexibiliteit om frequent op de baan te zijn binnen België en Luxemburg.
