Functieomschrijving

Voor een sterk en groeiend productiebedrijf in de regio Knokke zijn we op zoek naar een storingstechnieker die mee zorgt voor een vlotte en betrouwbare werking van het machinepark.

Als storingstechnieker ben je verantwoordelijk voor het analyseren en oplossen van elektrische en mechanische storingen. Je interpreteert PLC-signalen en HMI-schermen en werkt onder andere met Siemens- en Omron-systemen.

Daarnaast sta je in voor:

  • Elektrische herstellingen aan onder meer servo’s, frequentieregelaars en 4-20mA-signalen.
  • Mechanische revisies en pneumatische afstellingen aan machines en utilities.
  • Sporadisch preventief onderhoud op zaterdag, wanneer de productie stilligt.
  • Technische verbeterings- en optimalisatieprojecten tijdens rustigere momenten.

Je krijgt binnen deze functie de nodige autonomie en verantwoordelijkheid. Er wordt sterk ingezet op initiatief en zelfstandig werken.

Vereisten

  • Je beschikt over een diploma Elektromechanica of een andere technische opleiding.
  • Je hebt minstens 5 jaar ervaring als storingstechnieker in een productieomgeving.
  • Ervaring binnen de voedingssector is een pluspunt.
  • Je hebt een sterke technische kennis van elektriciteit, mechanica, pneumatica en automatisatie.
  • Kennis van PLC Siemens en Omron is noodzakelijk.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor veiligheid en hygiëne.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands.
  • Je bent bereid om in een flexibel dagrooster te werken.
  • Je bent flexibel ingesteld en bent bereid om indien nodig langer te blijven bij dringende technische depannages.
