Als Tekenaar/Engineer in de Hoeksche Waard houd jij het overzicht, stel je de juiste prioriteiten en werk je technische ideeën uit tot ontwerpen waar collega's direct mee aan de slag kunnen. Je krijgt veel vrijheid om zelfstandig aan uiteenlopende projecten te werken en ziet jouw ontwerpen uiteindelijk door heel Nederland tot leven komen. Daar staat natuurlijk ook iets tegenover: een goed salaris, uitstekende arbeidsvoorwaarden en maar liefst 38 vrije dagen per jaar. Zo heb je alle ruimte om uitdagend werk te combineren met een gezonde werk-privébalans en jezelf verder te ontwikkelen binnen de techniek. Wat ga je doen? Als Tekenaar/Engineer in de Hoeksche Waard ben jij dé technische schakel tussen een idee en de uiteindelijke uitvoering. Je vertaalt technische vraagstukken naar uitvoerbare ontwerpen. Van nieuwbouwprojecten tot aanpassingen aan bestaande installaties: dankzij jouw tekeningen weten collega's precies hoe een project moet worden uitgevoerd. Je werkt nauw samen met collega's van onder andere sales en projectleiding en schakelt regelmatig over diverse vraagstukken. Daarbij controleer je ontwerpen, signaleer je afwijkingen en denk je actief mee over de beste oplossing. Omdat je verschillende projecten en (spoed)aanvragen tegelijkertijd oppakt, weet je goed prioriteiten te stellen en houd je ook onder tijdsdruk het overzicht.
