Wat ga je doen?

Als Hoofdtechnieker ben je de eerste technische lijn voor onze AureusDrive-verdelers. Wanneer een fietsmaker geconfronteerd wordt met een technisch probleem van een

AureusDrive, help jij hem om het probleem te analyseren en op te lossen. Dat kan gaan van mechanische defecten tot elektronische storingen, sofyware, motoren, batterijen,

bekabeling of andere technische componenten.

Je volgt technische cases van A tot Z op en zorgt ervoor dat onze dealers snel en professioneel geholpen worden.

Kan een dealer het probleem zelf niet oplossen? Dan komt de fiets naar het atelier en voer jij zelf de diagnose en herstelling uit.

Concreet ben je verantwoordelijk voor:

  • Technische ondersteuning van onze AureusDrive-verdelers.
  • Analyseren en oplossen van mechanische en elektronische problemen.
  • Uitvoeren van diagnoses en herstellingen die dealers zelf niet kunnen uitvoeren.
  • Rechtstreeks communiceren met AureusDrive in Zwitserland over complexere technische problemen en productverbeteringen.
  • Opbouwen van technische kennis en procedures.
  • Beheer en organisatie van ons magazijn en onze spareparts.
  • Opvolgen van de voorraad van technische wisselstukken.
  • Mee instaan voor de voorbereiding en levering van nieuwe fietsen.
  • Kwaliteitscontrole van fietsen en technische onderdelen.

Profiel

Wie zoeken wij?

  • We zoeken in de eerste plaats iemand met een sterke technische interesse en een grootverantwoordelijkheidsgevoel.
  • Je bent bereidt om het product volledig te leren kennen.
  • Je bent iemand die graag zoekt tot je weet waarom iets niet werkt en hoe je hetstructureel kunt oplossen.

Idealiter:

  • Heb je ervaring als fietsmechanieker, e-bike- of speedpedelectechnieker of een
  • vergelijkbare technische functie.
  • Heb je affiniteit met elektronica en moderne e-bikecomponenten.
  • Kun je zelfstandig technische diagnoses uitvoeren.
  • Communiceer je vlot met fietsenmakers en dealers.
  • Neem je verantwoordelijkheid voor een probleem tot het opgelost is.
  • Denk je mee over hoe onze technische service nog beter kan.
  • Vind je het leuk om technische kennis uit te leggen en over te brengen.

Een rijbewijs B is noodzakelijk omdat je regelmatig contact hebt met ons dealernetwerk

en mee instaat voor leveringen en technische ondersteuning.
