Voor een internationaal productiebedrijf met vestigingen in België, Italië en de VS zijn we op zoek naar een technisch werkvoorbereider voor de afdeling Onderhoud. Deze organisatie, gelegen in regio Oostkamp, is actief in de ontwikkeling van technische coatings voor industriële toepassingen, in diverse sectoren.

Je komt terecht in een omgeving waar kwaliteit en samenwerking centraal staan. Binnen de Belgische site werk je nauw samen met onderhoud, productie en facilitair beheer.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Als werkvoorbereider stel je onderhoudsplanningen op die helder zijn voor alle betrokkenen, en stem je die vlot af met zowel productie als het technisch team
  • Elk werkorder dat je opmaakt is tot in de puntjes uitgewerkt: van taakomschrijving en benodigdheden tot tijdsinschatting en prioriteit
  • Je coördineert de uitvoering van onderhoudstaken en schakelt soepel tussen interne techniekers, productieafdelingen en externe leveranciers
  • Stilstanden en storingen pak je doortastend aan: je analyseert de oorzaak en vertaalt dit naar structurele verbeteringen in het onderhoudsplan
  • Ook terreinbeheer en facilitaire opdrachten vallen onder jouw verantwoordelijkheid, en bij afwezigheid van de aankoper neem je de aankoopopvolging vlot over
  • Je beschikt over een technisch diploma en hebt minstens 3 jaar ervaring met onderhoudsplanning binnen een productieomgeving
  • Met je vlotte beheersing van onderhoudssystemen en MS Office breng je structuur en overzicht in je werk, zelfs in stressvolle situaties
  • Je denkt proactief, bent sterk in veiligheid en communicatie en jouw kennis van technische installaties is mooi meegenomen in deze rol
