Voor onze klant in de regio Zottegem zijn wij op zoek naar een technisch werkvoorbereider.

Jobomschrijving

Als technisch werkvoorbereider ben je verantwoordelijk voor het omzetten van geplande technische werkzaamheden in werkinstructies. Dit omvat het maken van een inschatting van benodigde tijd, materiaal, mensen en kosten, inclusief eventuele voor- en nacalculaties. Daarnaast geef je de benodigde tijd voor de werkzaamheden door aan de werkopvolger, die ze vervolgens inplant. Je voorziet techniekers van gedetailleerde werkinstructies, tekeningen, afregelingsinstructies, en beheert deze in het systeem. Ook het doorgeven van benodigde wisselstukken/onderdelen aan de Technisch Inkoper behoort tot jouw taken, zodat deze de stukken kan reserveren en/of bestellen. Risicoanalyses uitvoeren, het voorzien van persoonlijke beschermingsmiddelen (PBM's), begeleiden van externe leveranciers en het opvolgen en evalueren van uitgevoerde werken maken eveneens deel uit van jouw verantwoordelijkheden. Daarnaast begeleid je projecten, werk je aan continue verbetering van processen/werking, en communiceer en overleg je met alle betrokken interne afdelingen.

Wij zoeken een kandidaat met een Bachelor denkniveau (via diploma en/of ervaring) en minimaal 3 jaar ervaring als Technical Planner / Werkvoorbereider. Je beschikt over goede technische kennis en hebt ervaring met machines/onderdelen in een productieomgeving. Ervaring met Ultimo is een pluspunt. Je bent communicatief sterk, analytisch, proactief, planmatig en werkt nauwkeurig. Een sterk probleemoplossend denkvermogen, hands-on mentaliteit, resultaatgerichtheid, flexibiliteit en het vermogen om prioriteiten te stellen zijn belangrijke eigenschappen. Ook administratieve vaardigheden zijn essentieel.
