Und damit hat er sich auch einen guten Arbeitsplatz verdient. 1 Technische Immobilienmanager (m/w/d) I Standort: Weiz Tätigkeitsbereich:

·Koordination und Steuerung technischer sowie infrastruktureller Themen im Bereich Facility und Real Estate

·Mitarbeit bei der Planung, Überwachung und Umsetzung von Projekten sowie Optimierung von Büro- und Standortkonzepten

·Unterstützung bei Budget- und Forecastplanungen sowie laufende Kostenkontrolle in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Finance-Bereich

·Steuerung und Qualitätsüberwachung externer Facility-Management-Dienstleister und Lieferanten

·Sicherstellung der Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorgaben, Sicherheits- und Compliance-Richtlinien

Erstellung von Präsentationen sowie Mitwirkung an Maßnahmen zur nachhaltigen und effizienten Standortentwicklung

Fachliche Anforderungen:

·Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (HTL, FH, TU oder vergleichbare Qualifikation)

·Mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bauwesen, Facility Management oder technischen Immobilienmanagement

·Erfahrung in der Projektkoordination sowie im Umgang mit externen Dienstleistern

·Wirtschaftliches Verständnis sowie Interesse an Budget- und Kostenplanung

·Kommunikationsfähigkeit in deutscher und englischer Sprache entsprechend dem internationalen Arbeitsumfeld

Gute Anwenderkenntnisse in MS Office

·Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeit
