Onze klant is een toonaangevend Belgisch familiebedrijf dat al sinds 1994 actief is in de productie van hoogwaardige aanvullende diervoeders voor landbouwdieren. Vanuit Kluisbergen worden kwalitatieve producten ontwikkeld en geproduceerd die hun weg vinden naar klanten binnen de internationale landbouwsector.

Als operator kom je terecht in een moderne productieomgeving met PLC-gestuurde installaties, verschillende productielijnen en een gevarieerd productieproces. Je werkt mee aan de volledige verwerking van poeders, vloeibare producten en likemmers en hebt rechtstreeks impact op de kwaliteit van het eindproduct.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Productieorders voorbereiden en de nodige grondstoffen en materialen controleren
  • PLC-gestuurde installaties instellen en bedienen, waaronder menglijnen, afzakmachines en bottelmachines
  • Het productieproces nauwgezet opvolgen en bijsturen waar nodig
  • Poeders, vloeibare producten en likemmers verwerken volgens de voorgeschreven procedures
  • Kwaliteitscontroles uitvoeren op onder andere etiketten, lotnummers en vervaldata
  • Grondstoffen, verbruiken en productietijden correct registreren in het systeem
  • Voorraadverschillen signaleren en rapporteren
  • Zorgen voor een propere en georganiseerde werkplek, zeker bij productwissels
  • Strikt toezien op de geldende veiligheids-, hygiëne- en FCA-kwaliteitsvoorschriften
  • Hef- en hijstoestellen veilig en verantwoord bedienen
  • Je beschikt over een technische achtergrond of hebt relevante ervaring als operator
  • Ervaring als productieoperator is vereist
  • Je bent georganiseerd, nauwkeurig en stressbestendig en hebt een uitgesproken hands-on mentaliteit
  • Je spreekt bij voorkeur Nederlands omwille van veiligheidsvoorschriften, een goede kennis van Frans of Engels is eveneens bespreekbaar
