Wir suchen für die SATTLER PRO-TEX GmbH in Graz-Gössendorf eine/n Mitarbeiter/in: 1 TECHNISCHE/R MITARBEITER_IN PRODUKTION MIT AUFSTIEGSPERSPEKTIVE (M/W/D) Sie möchten Ihr technisches Wissen nicht nur am Schreibtisch einsetzen, sondern direkt an modernen Produktionsanlagen anwenden? Bei uns lernen Sie die Produktionsprozesse von Grund auf kennen und übernehmen Schritt für Schritt mehr Verantwortung. Wir begleiten Sie auf Ihrem Weg in eine technische Schlüsselposition innerhalb unseres Unternehmens.

Ihre Aufgaben:

* Kennenlernen und Verstehen unserer Produktionsabläufe durch aktive Mitarbeit im Schichtbetrieb

* Einstellen, Bedienen und Überwachen moderner Produktionsanlagen

* Analyse von Prozessen sowie Mitarbeit bei der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von Abläufen

* Qualitätskontrollen und Sicherstellung unserer hohen Produktstandards

* Durchführung einfacher Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produktion, Technik und Instandhaltung

* Übernahme von Verantwortung für technische Themen und Projekte im Produktionsumfeld

Ihr Profil:

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (HTL oder Technische Fachschule)

* Interesse an Produktionsprozessen, Maschinen und technischen Zusammenhängen

* Hohe Lernbereitschaft und der Wunsch, sich fachlich und persönlich weiterzuentwickeln

* Analytische Denkweise sowie eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise

* Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit (inkl. Nachtschicht)

* Gute EDV-Kenntnisse

* Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

* PrivatPKW o.ä. zum Erreichen des Arbeitsortes

* Der Einstiegslohn für diese Position beträgt € 3.000,00 brutto pro Monat mit der Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung aufgrund Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung.
