Wir verstärken unser Team im Bereich After Sales mit einer technisch affinen Persönlichkeit! 1 Technische_r Servicekoordinator_in Deine neue Herausforderung im Detail:

* Du begleitest Reklamationsfälle lösungsorientiert und sorgst für eine professionelle Abwicklung.

* Du prüfst und genehmigst Rechnungen von Servicepartnern und Heizungsbauern für Garantiearbeiten an iDM-Geräten.

* Du kontrollierst und veranlasst die Abrechnung von Leistungen unseres Werkskundendienstes.

* Du beurteilst Serviceleistungen im Hinblick auf Garantie und Kulanz und triffst kundenorientierte Entscheidungen.

* Du erstellst transparente und nachvollziehbare Reparaturangebote für iDM-Geräte.

* Du bearbeitest Kulanzanfragen zu Reparaturangeboten und Dienstleistungsrechnungen mit Augenmaß.

* Bei Abwesenheit vertrittst du die Leitung der technischen Kundenreklamation und übernimmst Verantwortung für einen reibungslosen Ablauf.

Du ergänzt uns, weil...

* du eine technisch affine Persönlichkeit bist und im Optimalfall eine abgeschlossener technischer Ausbildung (z.B. Elektro,- Kälte-, oder Haustechnik) hast

* Teamfähigkeit und ein selbstständiger Arbeitsstil zu deinen Stärken gehören

* du sehr gute EDV und MS Office Kenntnisse vorweisen kannst

* du gerne kundenorientiertes Verhalten lebst und Freude am Umgang mit Menschen hast

* du im Optimalfall Erfahrung in der technischen Reklamation mitbringst

* du dich vor Unterhaltungen auf Englisch nicht scheust

Entlohnung:

2.698,59 € brutto pro Monat (Unsere attraktiven Gehaltsangebote orientieren sich am kollektivvertraglichen Mindestgehalt der metalltechnischen Industrie. Bringst du bereits mehr Expertise mit ein, honorieren wir das selbstverständlich mit einer angemessenen Überzahlung.)
