YOUR MISSION

Du schaffst die Rahmenbedingungen dafür, dass unsere operative Beschaffung zuverlässig funktioniert.

Dein Fokus liegt nicht auf der Abwicklung einzelner Bestellungen, sondern auf stabilen Lieferketten, leistungsfähigen Lieferanten, wettbewerbsfähigen Konditionen und klaren Qualitätsstandards.

Du entwickelst und steuerst unsere Lieferantenbasis, stellst deren Qualität und Lieferfähigkeit sicher und sorgst dafür, dass bestehende Qualitätsrichtlinien verbindlich vereinbart und eingehalten werden.

Deine Aufgaben

* Strategischer Einkauf von Vormaterialien, Stahl, Bewehrung, Profilen, Kernkomponenten und Produktionsmitteln

* Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung eines leistungsfähigen Lieferantenpools

* Bewertung und Qualifizierung bestehender und neuer Lieferanten

* Identifikation alternativer Beschaffungsquellen im In- und Ausland

* Vorbereitung und Verhandlung von Jahresvereinbarungen und Rahmenverträgen

* Aufbau transparenter Preis- und Konditionenmodelle

* Beobachtung relevanter Beschaffungsmärkte sowie Analyse von Preis- und Versorgungsrisiken

* Unterstützung bei Make-or-Buy-Entscheidungen und Kostenoptimierungen

* Sicherstellung der Versorgung von DELTABLOC International und DELTABLOC Components

Das bringst du mit

* Erfolgreich abgeschlossene technische oder kaufmännisch-technische Ausbildung (z.B. HTL, FH oder Universität)

* Mehrjährige Erfahrung im technischen und strategischen Einkauf

* Gutes technisches Verständnis, idealerweise im Bereich Stahl, Metallverarbeitung, Bauprodukte oder industrielle Fertigung

* Erfahrung im Lieferantenmanagement und in Vertrags- und Preisverhandlungen

* Ausgeprägtes Kostenbewusstsein und gutes kaufmännisches Verständnis

* Verhandlungsgeschick sowie strukturierte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise

* Der Tätigkeit entsprechende Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse

* Internationale Reisebereitschaft von rund 60 %
