Was wirst du machen?

* Operative Abwicklung und Bearbeitung von Kundenaufträgen in unseren Systemen

* Ersatzteilmanagement - von der Identifikation über die Beschaffung bis zur Bestellung

* Erstellung und Nachverfolgung von Angeboten sowie Klärung von Lieferterminen und Verfügbarkeiten

* Pflege und laufende Aktualisierung von Stamm-, Kunden- und Auftragsdaten in unseren Systemen

* Operative Material- und Rechnungsadministration, z. B. Wareneingänge, Reklamationen, Gutschriften und Gewaltschäden

* Sicherstellung einer zuverlässigen und termingerechten Auftragsabwicklung

* Laufende interne Abstimmung mit Servicetechnik, Vertrieb und weiteren Fachbereichen

* Betreuung und Beratung unserer Kunden zu Ersatzteilen, Zubehör und Servicelösungen

* Kommunikation und Abstimmung mit Kunden und Lieferanten

* Aktive telefonische Kontaktaufnahme mit Bestandskunden, insbesondere wenn über einen längeren Zeitraum keine Bestellung erfolgt ist

* Pflege und Weiterentwicklung bestehender Kundenbeziehungen

Aufgaben und Qualifikationen

Was bringst du mit?

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische und/oder technische Ausbildung

* Technisches Verständnis und Interesse an Ersatzteilen, Zubehör und Servicelösungen

* Strukturierte, genaue und selbstständige Arbeitsweise sowie Freude an administrativen und systemgestützten Tätigkeiten

* Sicherer Umgang mit IT-Anwendungen, insbesondere SAP (Bestell-, Lager- und Faktura-Module) sowie MS Office

* Erfahrung im Ersatzteilwesen oder technischen Innendienst von Vorteil

* Ausgeprägte Kunden- und Dienstleistungsorientierung

* Kommunikationsstärke und ein sicheres, freundliches Auftreten am Telefon

* Eigeninitiative und Freude daran, neben der operativen Innendiensttätigkeit auch aktiv auf Kunden zuzugehen
