Heiztechnik ist Zukunftstechnologie. Bei WOLF trägst du dazu bei, dass unsere Kund:innen und Fachpartner kompetent betreut werden und moderne, nachhaltige Heizsysteme zuverlässig funktionieren.

Als erste Ansprechperson für technische Fragen verbindest du Fachwissen mit ausgeprägter Serviceorientierung. Du unterstützt bei der Lösungsfindung, koordinierst Serviceanliegen und sorgst für effiziente Abläufe und zufriedene Kund:innen. 1 Technischer Kundenberater im Innendienst (m/w/d) - Heiztechnik Deine Aufgaben

* Du unterstützt Kund_innen, Fachpartner und interne Kolleg_innen bei technischen Fragen - telefonisch und digital.

* Du nimmst Service- und Störungsmeldungen entgegen, prüfst sie und erfasst alle relevanten Informationen.

* Gemeinsam mit unseren Service-Techniker_innen unterstützt du bei Ferndiagnosen und der Lösungsfindung.

* Du erstellst Serviceangebote und legst Serviceaufträge an.

* Du bearbeitest Reklamationen professionell und lösungsorientiert.

* Du koordinierst die Zusammenarbeit zwischen Werkskundendienst, Vertrieb und Kund_innen.

* Du dokumentierst alle Vorgänge sorgfältig und wirkst an der Weiterentwicklung unserer Serviceabläufe mit.

Dein Profil

* Technisches Verständnis und Interesse an Heiztechnik

* Idealerweise eine abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung, beispielsweise als Lehre, Fachschule oder HTL in der Heizungs-, Sanitär-, Klima-, Elektro- oder Maschinenbautechnik

* Berufserfahrung in der Heiztechnik ist von Vorteil - auch als Quereinsteiger:in bist du willkommen, wenn du technisches Interesse und Lernbereitschaft mitbringst

* Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office

* Kommunikationsstärke und Freude am Kontakt mit Kund:innen

* Hohe Serviceorientierung sowie eine lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
