Wir suchen Sie als: 1 Technischer Projektleiter_In (w/m/d) - Immoblien & Baumanagement Sie sind Bautechniker:in, bringen Erfahrung in der Bauleitung mit und möchten Ihr Know-how in der Immobilienbranche einbringen? Dann sind Sie bei uns richtig!

IHRE TO-DO`S

* Betreuung und Steuerung von Immobilien und Bau-/Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen

* Begleitung der Gebäude über den gesamten Lebenszyklus - von der laufenden Instandhaltung bis hin zu Umbauten und Sanierungen

* Planung, Koordination und Kontrolle verschiedener Bau- und Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen

* Beauftragung, Steuerung und Kontrolle externer Dienstleister und Firmen

* Einholung und Prüfung von Angeboten sowie Mitwirkung bei Vergaben

* Überwachung von Budgets und laufenden Kosten

* Planung und Organisation von Instandhaltungs- und Wartungsmaßnahmen

* Betreuung der Gebäude- und Anlagentechnik sowie Koordination von Wartungen, Sanierungen und Mängelbehebungen

* Laufende Objekt- und Instandhaltungsdokumentation

IHR PROFIL

* Abgeschlossene bautechnische Ausbildung (HTL/FH/TU), abgelegte Befähigungsprüfung zum Baumeister

* Mindestens 3-Jährige Berufserfahrung im technischen Projektmanagement, Bauleitung und/oder als Polier

* Planungs Erfahrung von Vorteil

* Fundierte Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Projektplanung, technische Steuerung und Kontrolle und des Bauablaufs aller Gewerke

* Erfahrung im Umgang mit Konsulenten und in der Führung von Projektteams

* Strukturierte und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte Problemlösungskompetenz und Teamfähigkeit

* Teamorientierte, genaue und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise

* Hohe Belastbarkeit, Flexibilität, Verhandlungsgeschick und Organisationstalent, fachliche Kompetenz

* Sichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, Polnischkenntnisse von Vorteil

* Absolute Zuverlässigkeit, Loyalität und Diskretion
