Technischer Zeichner / Arbeitsvorbereiter im Holzbau (m/w/d)

Du liebst den Baustoff Holz, hast ein Auge für technische Details und möchtest Pläne entwickeln, die auf der Baustelle wirklich funktionieren? Bei Beckers & Söhne in Walhorn planen und bauen wir ambitionierte Holzbauprojekte. Bei uns landet deine Arbeit nicht einfach im Ordner – deine Pläne erwecken unsere Teams draußen zum Leben.

DAS PACKST DU BEI UNS AN

Konstruktion & Detailplanung: Du erstellst präzise 3D-Holzbauplanungen und Ausführungspläne mit cadwork. Schnittstelle zur Praxis: Du stehst im direkten Austausch mit den Jungs auf der Baustelle sowie der Werkstatt und stimmst Arbeitsabläufe ab. Technische Entfaltung: Von der Bauphysik bis zur praxisgerechten Detailbewältigung entwickelst du durchdachte Lösungen für jedes Bauvorhaben. Digitales Aufmaß nehmen, mittels 3D Aufmaßgerät, sodass die Realität direkt im PC ist.

DAS BRINGST DU MIT

Holzbau im Blut: Fundierte Kenntnisse im Holzbau, idealerweise ergänzt durch praktische Erfahrung auf der Baustelle (z. B. als Zimmerer, Tischler oder Bautechniker).

Software-Skills: Sicherer Umgang mit cadwork (oder fundierte CAD-Erfahrung mit der Bereitschaft, dich tief in cadwork einzuarbeiten).

Technisches Verständnis: Gutes Gespür für Bauphysik, Statik und effiziente Abläufe. Teamgeist & Kommunikation: Lust auf ein starkes Miteinander, klares Mitdenken und direkten Austausch. Mobilität: Führerschein der Klasse B.
