Seit mehr als 25 Jahren stellen wir unser Know-how im Bereich Vermessungswesen Privat- und Firmenkunden sowie der öffentlichen Hand zur Verfügung.

Wie suchen Verstärkung für unser Team. 1 Technischer Zeichner (m/w/d) in einem Vermessungsbüro Aufgaben:

* Erstellung und Bearbeitung von CAD-Zeichnungen (2D/3D) basierend auf

Vermessungsdaten

* Erstellung von Lage- und Höhenplänen, Schnitten und Ansichten

* Erstellung von Teilungsplänen als Grundlage für Grundstücksveränderungen

* Erstellung von 3-D Modellen

* Mengen- und Kubaturberechnungen

* Dokumentationen nach Baufertigstellung

* Verarbeitung von Laserscan-Daten

* Verarbeitung von Befliegungsdaten

Geforderte Fähigkeiten / Qualifikationen:

* Fundierte Erfahrung mit CAD-Software (AutoCAD, BricsCAD, ...)

* Sicherer Umgang mit Geodätischen Koordinatensystemen, GNSS-Daten, Tachymetrie,

Totalstation

* Kenntnisse in Vermessungsprogrammen von Vorteil (GeoMapper, rmGEO,

3DReshaper, ...)

* Fähigkeit zur Umwandlung von Vermessungsdaten in exakte Pläne, Schnitt- und

Detailzeichnungen

* Grundkenntnisse in Bau- und Vermessungsnormen

* Selbstständige, sorgfältige Arbeitsweise - hohe Detailgenauigkeit!

* Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikations- und Innovationvermögen

* Bereitschaft zur Weiterbildung und Einarbeitung in neue Software/Methoden

* Optional: Erfahrung mit BIM-Workflows (IFC, Revit) und 3D-Laserscanning

Arbeitsbedingungen / Hinweise:

* Standort: Standort Mürzzuschlag

* Art der Anstellung: Vollzeit/Teilzeit, unbefristet

* Arbeitszeiten flexibel oder angepasst an Vermessungstermine

* Reisetätigkeit (gelegentlich)

* Entlohnung: nach Kollektivvertrag und mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung auch höher
