Functie

Onze klant te Genk is gespecialiseerd in hoogwaardige geventileerde gevelsystemen — van engineering en productie tot montage. Ze werken met een hoog geautomatiseerde productie, een uitgebreid machinepark en een eigen lakstraat. Ter versterking van hun tekenaarsatelier zoeken we een BIM-tekenaar.

  • De BIMtekenaars vertalen architectuurvisies naar technisch haalbare, plaatsingsklare eindproducten.
  • Je vertaalt architectuurplannen naar technisch uitvoerbare studieplannen in 3D-BIM (HiCAD), rekening houdend met alle technische beperkingen van het gebouw
  • Je leidt productietekeningen en stuklijsten af uit het BIM-model
  • Je stelt montage- en uitvoeringsplannen op voor de montagedienst
  • Je werkt as-built dossiers uit na afronding van het project
  • Op termijn draag je bij aan de verdere ontwikkeling van het gevelsysteem en de optimalisatie van BIM-processen

Profiel

  • je hebt een stevige technische achtergrond, bij voorkeur in bouwkundig tekenen of een aanverwante richting
  • je werkt nauwkeurig, zelfstandig en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor je werk van begin tot einde
  • Je beheerst HiCAD of een vergelijkbaar BIM-pakket;
  • Kennis van AutoCAD is een pluspunt
  • Basiskennis van een codeertaal is mooi meegenomen
  • Je communiceert helder, werkt goed samen en houdt ook onder druk het hoofd koel
