Voor onze klant een Telecomwinkel te Sint Denijs Westrem zijn we dringend op zoek naar een assistent winkelverantwoordelijke!

Jouw uitdagende takenpakket als assistent winkelverantwoordelijke:

  • Als assistent winkelverantwoordelijke ben je de rechterhand van de shopmanager, bij afwezigheid zorg jij voor de taakverdeling en bijhorende praktische zaken van de winkel.
  • Je zorgt er mee voor dat de winkel er piekfijn uitziet, je brengt mee je collega's op de hoogte van de meest recente promoties en acties van telecom providers en computer merken. Samen met de Shopmanager ben je de drijvende kracht voor de commerciële en financiële resultaten.
  • Je helpt klanten verder in de winkel en staat hen bij.
  • Je zal een aantal administratieve taken doen, maar verder sta je net als je teamleden verder mee in de verkoop.
  • Je brengt je collega's mee op de hoogte van de recentste promoties en acties van telecom en computer merken.

Profiel

Onze nieuwe assistent winkelverantwoordelijke kan dit afvinken:

  • Je hebt ervaring in de verkoop, en dit bijvoorkeur ook in een leidinggevende functie.
  • Een goede kennis van de hedendaagse computer en telecom diensten.
  • Commercieel met oog voor een langdurige klantrelatie.
  • Je communiceert heel vlot in het Nederlands, zowel gesproken als geschreven
  • Bereid om op zaterdag te werken met een recupdag in de week (geen zon- of feestdagen).
  • IT, telecom, energie,.. dit interesseert je!
  • Je bent handson ingesteld en neemt graag initiatief.
  • Oog voor orde en netheid binnen de winkel.
  • Jouw enthousiasme is aanstekelijk en zorgt voor een lach op het gezicht van jouw collega's en klanten.

  • Een vast contract na geslaagde inloopperiode ??

  • Voltijdse tewerkstelling van maandag tem zaterdag (1 dag recup in de week)
  • Rooster op zaterdag; 9:45-17:05 en van maandag tem vrijdag: 09:45-18:05.
  • Zon- en feestdagen wordt er niet gewerkt.
  • Loonpakket op basis van jouw ervaring, aangevuld met incentive systeem.
