30 Stunden 4-Tage-Woche Montag bis Donnerstag 4400 Steyr € 2200,- Brutto

Du führst gerne gute Gespräche und freust dich besonders, wenn daraus direkt ein Verkaufsabschluss wird? Du kannst Menschen überzeugen, gehst sicher mit Einwänden um und behältst dein Ziel auch dann im Blick, wenn dein Gegenüber zunächst zögert? Dann könntest du sehr gut zu uns passen.

Wir sind eine etablierte Werbeagentur und verkaufen Werbeinserate für österreichweit erscheinende Vereinsmagazine. Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir eine/n kommunikative/n und überzeugende/n Telefonverkäufer_in, die/der Freude am aktiven Verkauf hat und Gespräche gerne zu einem konkreten Abschluss führt.

Der Schwerpunkt dieser Position liegt klar auf dem direkten telefonischen Verkauf. Du führst die Gespräche freundlich, verbindlich und zielgerichtet auf eine Kaufentscheidung direkt im Telefonat hin.

Deine Aufgaben

* Aktive telefonische Kontaktaufnahme mit österreichischen Unternehmen

* Verkauf von Werbeinseraten für unsere Vereinsmagazine

* Klare und zielgerichtete Führung der Verkaufsgespräche

* Sicherer und professioneller Umgang mit Rückfragen und Einwänden

* Verkaufsgespräche überzeugend bis zu einer klaren Entscheidung führen

* Abschlüsse direkt im Telefonat erzielen

Das bringst du mit

* Freude am aktiven Telefonverkauf

* Den Wunsch, nicht nur gute Gespräche zu führen, sondern auch konkrete Abschlüsse zu erzielen

* Eine freundliche, sichere und überzeugende Ausdrucksweise

* Ausdauer und die Fähigkeit, auch bei Einwänden ruhig und überzeugend im Gespräch zu bleiben

* Ein gutes Gespür für unterschiedliche Gesprächspartner_innen

* Engagement, Verlässlichkeit und Freude an konkreten Verkaufserfolgen

* der Tätigkeit entsprechende Deutschkenntnisse

* Grundkenntnisse im Umgang mit dem Computer

Erfahrung im Telefonverkauf ist von Vorteil, aber keine Voraussetzung. Auch als Quereinsteiger_in bist du bei uns willkommen, wenn du gerne aktiv verkaufst, auf ein klares Verkaufsziel hinarbeitest und Freude an erfolgreichen Abschlüssen hast.
