What’s expected of you?

  • Per telefoon contacteer je zelfstandigen en bedrijven en breng je onze bestaande klanten en eveneens potentieel nieuwe klanten op de hoogte van de nieuwste pakketten van Telenet Business. •
  • Je informeert hen over het feit dat de accountmanager zijn ronde doet en, afhankelijk van de behoeften en de business opportuniteiten, bij de klant ter plaatste zal langskomen voor een check-up / optimalisatie.
  • Je maakt afspraken met onze businessklanten en boekt deze in, in de agenda van de accountmanagers wiens agenda jij beheert. Je stuurt een vast team aan.
