En Aurgi, compañía líder del sector de la automoción y perteneciente al Grupo Mutua Madrileña, buscamos incorporar Agentes de Call Center para reforzar nuestro equipo de atención al cliente.

🧩¿Cuál será tu misión?

Garantizar una atención ágil, clara y orientada a la solución, gestionando citas, presupuestos e información para nuestros clientes.

La atención será tu palanca: servicio, eficacia y orientación a resultados.

💻¿Qué harás en tu día a día?

Atención telefónica y por correo electrónico a clientes. Gestión de citas para talleres y servicios. Elaboración y comunicación de presupuestos. Resolución de dudas e incidencias según la campaña asignada. Uso simultáneo de distintas herramientas informáticas durante la llamada. Seguimiento de objetivos de calidad y productividad.

💼¿Qué te ofrecemos?

Incorporación: Inmediata.

Contrato: Indefinido desde el primer día.

Jornada ofertadas: Completa y parcial (turnos de mañana o tarde).

Salario: por encima del sector + incentivos por objetivos. Ingreso de la nómina antes de acabar finalizar el mes.

Comunicación verbal fluida y dicción clara.

Estar en disposición del Certificado de discapacidad superior al 33%
