· Kritische analyse van tenderdocumenten en eisen: beoordelen van haalbaarheid van deelname tender en ondersteuning en input leveren aan andere collega’s hierbij.

· Schrijven van offertes en contracten, met technisch correcte en vlot leesbare teksten, volgens de voorgeschreven vormvereisten en gevraagde inhoud

· Coördineren van het offerteproces: offertevragen doornemen en synthetiseren van de opdracht, samenwerken met alle relevante stakeholders binnen de firma (verzamelen input, vakinhoudelijke aftoetsing, bewaken timing,…). Daarbij aansluitend problemen en bottlenecks signaleren aan betrokken afdelingen

· Eindcontrole voor ondertekening en aflevering bij de klant, opvolging na indienen offerte (ontvangst, feedback, (niet-)aanvaarding, lessons learned, …) en contract (ontvangst, ondertekening, archivering, …), (doen) respecteren van timing en deadlines.

· Operationele overdracht indien toekenning van overheidsopdracht naar desbetreffende afdelingen/collega's

  • Je hebt bij voorkeur een Masterdiploma of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je hebt toonbare intelligentie om tenders te analyseren en projecten te coördineren.
  • Je hebt minimum al 2 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare rol.
  • Uitstekende communicatie – en organisatievaardigheden.
  • Je hebt een goede gesproken en geschreven kennis van het NL/FR/ENG. Bijkomende talen zijn een pluspunt.
  • Ervaring in deelname aan overheidsopdrachten is een troef.
  • Je hebt sterke analytische, schrijfvaardige en probleemoplossende vaardigheden.
  • Je bent stressbestendig en ondernemend.
