Onze klant is een toonaangevende aannemer in de infrastructuursector, gespecialiseerd in wegeniswerken, afbraak- en grondwerken, asfaltwerken, asbestverwijdering, burgerlijke bouwkunde en rioolrenovatie. De groep bestaat uit meerdere bedrijven en telt inmiddels meer dan 700 toegewijde medewerkers.

Ze investeren continu in hun mensen, moderne technologie, veiligheid en duurzame oplossingen. Met activiteiten in zowel de publieke als de private sector bouwen ze elke dag mee aan een sterke en toekomstgerichte infrastructuur..

Jobomschrijving

Als Tender Engineer werk je vanuit Sint-Truiden mee aan de voorbereiding en uitwerking van uitdagende bouw- en civiele bouwprojecten binnen een toonaangevende klasse 8-bouwgroep. Je vormt een belangrijke schakel tussen de klant, ontwerpteams, onderaannemers, leveranciers en interne projectverantwoordelijken. De focus ligt op gebouwen en civiele bouwkunde; dit is geen functie voor kandidaten met uitsluitend een infrastructuurprofiel.

Je analyseert aanbestedingsdossiers en vertaalt technische, commerciële en contractuele informatie naar een kwalitatief en concurrentieel aanbestedingsvoorstel. Je werkt nauw samen met ervaren collega’s en krijgt ruimte om je technische kennis verder uit te bouwen binnen een dynamische omgeving waarin samenwerking en innovatie centraal staan.

  • Bestuderen van bestekken, plannen, meetstaten, technische bepalingen en contractdocumenten.
  • Identificeren van technische aandachtspunten, risico’s, opportuniteiten en mogelijke optimalisaties.
  • Opvragen, vergelijken en technisch beoordelen van offertes van leveranciers en onderaannemers.
  • Uitwerken van kostprijsramingen, prijsvergelijkingen en begrotingen voor bouw- en civieltechnische projecten.
  • Coördineren van de verschillende bijdragen binnen het tenderteam en bewaken van deadlines.
  • Ondersteunen bij de opmaak van uitvoeringsmethodes, planningselementen, technische nota’s en commerciële documenten.
  • Afstemmen met ontwerpers, bouwheren, partners en interne afdelingen om tot een volledig en onderbouwd dossier te komen.
  • Bijdragen aan de voortdurende verbetering van tenderprocessen, calculatiemethodes en kennisdeling binnen de organisatie.

Voor deze functie zoekt onze klant een Tender Engineer met relevante ervaring in de bouwsector, bij voorkeur binnen gebouwen, algemene bouwkunde of civiele bouwkunde. Je combineert een technische achtergrond met analytisch inzicht, commerciële nauwkeurigheid en het vermogen om verschillende dossiers gelijktijdig te structureren.

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma in bouwkunde, bouwkundig ingenieur, civiele techniek of een vergelijkbare technische richting.
  • Ervaring in een relevante functie, bijvoorbeeld als calculator, werkvoorbereider, tender engineer of technisch dossierbeheerder binnen de gebouwen- of civiele bouw.
  • Technische plannen, bestekken, meetstaten en contractuele documenten grondig analyseren.
  • Inzicht in kostprijsberekening, hoeveelheden, prijsaanvragen en de technische uitvoerbaarheid van bouwprojecten.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en resultaatgericht, ook wanneer meerdere aanbestedingen gelijktijdig lopen.
  • Communiceert vlot met interne en externe stakeholders en kunt technische informatie helder toelichten.
  • Vertrouwd met courante MS Office-toepassingen; kennis van calculatie-, planning- of meetstaatsoftware is een pluspunt.
  • Je hebt een professionele kennis van het Nederlands; kennis van het Frans of Engels is een meerwaarde.
  • Toont interesse in innovatieve bouwmethodes, duurzame oplossingen en voortdurende professionele ontwikkeling.
