The posting

De Tender Manager is de architect van het succes in het voortraject. U bent eindverantwoordelijk voor het volledige tenderproces van complexe grote projecten , in alle mogelijkse contractsvormen (build, DB, DBM, DBFM) . U leidt het multidisciplinaire tenderteam en garandeert een winnende aanbieding die alle technische, financiële en contractuele vereisten van de opdrachtgever overtreft. U bent de bewaker van de contractuele correctheid gedurende de gehele tenderfase.

Kernverantwoordelijkheden:

Als Tender Manager bent u de spil in het proces en stuurt u op winst, compliance en innovatie:

· Strategie & Leiderschap:

o Ontwikkelen van een competitieve tenderstrategie in nauwe samenwerking met de directie en commerciële teams.

o Leiden en motiveren van een multidisciplinair team (ontwerp, calculatie, juridisch, financieel en onderhoud).

· Contractanalyse & Compliance:

o Grondige analyse van complexe contractdocumenten en dit vertalen naar pragmatische, commerciële oplossingen.

o Bewaken van contractuele verplichtingen en risico's; adviseren over afwijkingen, claims en optimalisaties.

· Proces & Kwaliteit:

o Opstellen en bewaken van de tenderplanning en het budget.

o Identificeren en mitigeren van risico's en kansen (inclusief contractuele risico's).

o Zorgen voor een kwalitatieve en conforme aanbieding, met focus op innovatieve en duurzame oplossingen.

· Stakeholdermanagement:

o Onderhouden van contacten met opdrachtgevers, partners en onderaannemers.

· Overdracht:

o Na winst, zorgen voor een naadloze overdracht naar de Projectmanager Uitvoering, met de mogelijkheid om door te groeien in de uitvoeringsorganisatie.

Competenties & Vaardigheden:

  • Sterke leiderschaps- en communicatieve vaardigheden.
  • Ervaring met complexe tenderprocessen en projectmanagement.
  • Analytisch en strategisch denkvermogen.
  • Stressbestendig en resultaatgericht.

Opleiding & Ervaring:

Bachelor/Master in Bouwkunde, Economie, Ingenieurswetenschappen of gelijkaardig.

  • Minimaal 7 jaar ervaring als projectleider, tendermanager, design manager.
  • Ervaring met de uitvoering van projecten aan de zijde van de aannemer is een pluspunt.
