Met een focus op kwaliteit en innovatie, werkt de organisatie aan duurzame oplossingen voor Nederland. Wat ga je doen als Tendermanager? Als tendermanager leid je het tenderproces van A tot Z. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het samenstellen, leiden en begeleiden van tenderteams, voor zowel grote als kleinere projecten tot €25 miljoen. Je analyseert aanbestedingsdocumenten, ontwikkelt EMVI-strategieën en bewaakt de kwaliteit en deadlines van het tendertraject. Je schakelt met stakeholders binnen en buiten de organisatie en zorgt dat iedere inschrijving een overtuigend verhaal wordt. Daarnaast geef je structuur en sturing aan het tenderproces en rapporteer je aan het management. Wat breng jij mee? - Een afgeronde hbo- of wo-opleiding, bij voorkeur civiele techniek, bouwkunde of vergelijkbaar. - 2-5 jaar ervaring in tendermanagement binnen de civiele techniek of wegenbouw. - Ervaring met verschillende aanbestedingsvormen zoals RAW, UAV-GC en Bouwteams. - Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden, analytisch sterk en organisatorisch talent. - Creatief, ondernemend en oplossingsgericht denken. - Het v...
