Zo heb je als tendermanager ook een belangrijke bijdrage in het versterken van relaties met klanten en partners. - Groeikansen: als tendermanager zijn jouw ontwikkelmogelijkheden divers. Bij Croonwolter&dros staan we stil bij jouw ontwikkeling. Zo kun je jezelf ontwikkelen in het verbeteren van onderhandelingsvaardigheden, maar ook strategische planning en het opbouwen van een breed netwerk binnen de branche behoren tot de mogelijkheden. - Samenwerking: Je werkt nauw samen met collega's binnen Main Contracting, maar ook met de Tendermanagers Utiliteit in de regio's. Contact met onze klanten heb je natuurlijk ook. Wedden dat jouw werkdagen voorbijvliegen? Jij gaat het maken Hoe garandeer jij als Tendermanager dat je onze klant overtuigt van onze oplossingen? Weet jij de wensen van de klant zo te begrijpen dat wij een winnend voorstel presenteren? Als Tendermanager werk je dagelijks aan deze uitdagingen voor onze divisie utiliteit en specifiek voor de grote en meest complexe, landelijke contracten binnen Maintenance. Hoe je dat doet? Zó: - Je neemt (functioneel) leiding op in het landelijke maintenance Tenderteam, waarin de Tendermanagers en Cost Engineers van de regiobedrijven in zitten.
