Je komt te werken bij een organisatie waar ze meestal werken in vaste teams. Het betreft een grote organisatie, maar doordat je in deze vaste teams werkt, zijn de lijntjes wel kort. De organisatie houdt zich bezig met onder- en bovengrondse infrastructuur. Wat ga je voornamelijk doen als Tendermanager? Je zorgt voor een integrale samenwerking zodat er een inschrijving wordt gerealiseerd. Jij creëert de strategie om de competitieve inschrijving te winnen en je bent verantwoordelijk voor de uitvoering hiervan. Je bewaakt hiernaast het tenderbudget en je zorgt dat de tender succesvol wordt afgesloten. Dit doe je niet alleen. Je werkt met een team, bestaande uit specialisten. Samen stel je de inschrijfbegroting op, het kwalitatieve deel, je brengt de risico's en kansen in beeld. Kortom: een afwisselende baan met veel uitdaging! Het is van belang dat je beschikt over technische kennis en creativiteit in je hebt!
