Ze staan bekend om hun innovatieve aanpak en maatschappelijke betrokkenheid, en zoeken nu een ervaren Tendermanager die met strategisch inzicht en leiderschap tenders weet binnen te halen en te begeleiden. Wat ga je doen als Tendermanager? In deze rol ben jij de spil in het tenderproces, van strategische analyse tot het indienen van winnende voorstellen. Je ontwikkelt innovatieve tenderstrategieën en stuurt een multidisciplinair team functioneel aan om tot het beste resultaat te komen. Jouw werkzaamheden omvatten onder andere: - Ontwikkelen van een marktgerichte en innovatieve tenderstrategie, afgestemd op klantbehoeften en marktontwikkelingen - Analyseren van klantwensen, specificaties en markttrends om onderscheidende oplossingen te formuleren - Coördineren en aansturen van het tenderteam, inclusief engineers, calculatie en projectmanagers - Onderhandelen met opdrachtgevers en onderhouden van contact tijdens het tenderproces - Opstellen, beheren en optimaliseren van tenderdossiers en contractvoorstellen - Borgen van de EMVI-criteria en plan van aanpak om de ...
