Je werkt in een Agile team aan softwarekwaliteit, performance- en securitytests en het verbeteren van testprocessen. Functie-inhoud - Softwaretests automatiseren voor toepassingen in de pensioenwereld - Testprocessen bij klanten verbeteren - Performance- en securitytests uitvoeren en verbeteren - Binnen een Agile team werken aan continue kwaliteitsverbetering - Ideeën en verbetervoorstellen afstemmen met collega's en klanten Functie-eisen - Je hebt een hbo- of wo-diploma in IT - Je hebt minimaal 3 jaar relevante ervaring - Je hebt ervaring met Selenium, JMeter en Jira - Je hebt een certificering zoals ISTQB of TMap Next - Je hebt programmeerkennis van Java, .NET of JavaScript - Je werkt volgens Agile en communiceert helder met collega's en klanten - Je beheerst het Nederlands in woord en geschrift Aanbod - Direct een vast contract - Parttime werken is mogelijk - Werken in kleine, zelfsturende teams met vakgenoten - Ruimte om je eigen loopbaan vorm te geven en je verder te ontwikkelen - Werken met de nieuwste technologieën - Salaris met aanvullende secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden - Mogelijkheid om aandeelhouder van de werkgever te worden
