Ter uitbreiding van het team IT Verzekeren en Klant in Antwerpen, zoeken we een Test Manager.

Jouw uitdaging Als Test Manager ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het bepalen, uitdragen en borgen van het testbeleid, de organisatiebrede teststrategie en de regie op alle testactiviteiten binnen de organisatie

Wat je doet als Test Manager bij DELA Elke werkdag bij DELA draait om betekenisvol contact. In deze rol komt het erop aan om:

  • Een duidelijke visie ontwikkelen op testing en kwaliteitsborging binnen DELA en deze uitdragen binnen de organisatie.
  • Richting geven aan de verdere professionalisering van testing, processen en werkwijzen.
  • Kaders bepalen voor testautomatisatie en toezien op een efficiënte inzet van testtools.
  • Best practices ontwikkelen en implementeren rond testing en quality assurance.
  • Quality Engineers en business testers coachen, trainen en functioneel aansturen.
  • Stakeholders verbinden en teams begeleiden bij veranderingstrajecten.
  • De testaanpak bepalen, voorbereiden en realiseren binnen strategische changeprojecten.
  • De kwaliteit bewaken bij onder meer applicatievervangingen, nieuwe verzekeringsproducten, wijzigingen in wetgeving en de onboarding van nieuwe salespartners.

Wie jij bent (en wat jij meebrengt) Volgende troeven zoeken we in jou:

  • Master of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Minstens 10 jaar ervaring in software testing, inclusief complexere testtrajecten
  • Zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands en het Engels
  • Ervaring met testautomatisering (opzetten, toepassen, verbeteren of beheren van frameworks)
  • Kennis van testmethodieken (ISTQB, TMAP) en ervaring met tooling voor testing en monitoring (bv. Dynatrace, Azure DevOps, Jira, TestRail, Xray). Vertrouwd met oplossingen voor testdatamanagement
  • Ervaring in een Agile/Scrum omgeving en samenwerking met verschillende stakeholders
  • Inzicht in API's, datastructuren en (basis)kennis van SQL
  • Aantoonbare ervaring met software- en projectmanagementmethodieken, inclusief het opzetten van een passende testaanpak
  • Je analyseert snel, denkt in oplossingen en ziet waar processen beter kunnen
  • Je communiceert helder en neemt mensen mee in jouw verhaal — van developer tot business
  • Je coacht collega's en werkt graag samen in multidisciplinaire teams
  • Je voelt je thuis in een dynamische omgeving waar nog niet alles vastligt en je zelf richting geeft
  • Je werkt volgens ons IT-DNA: vakmanschap, oplossingsgericht, discipline en teamwork.
