Het functioneel beheer van bedrijfsapplicaties is binnen OBP/Informatievoorziening belegd bij het I-team. Het beheer en de doorontwikkeling van de ECM applicatie Marjolein is belegd bij een DevOps team wat aangestuurd wordt door SSC-ICT, een onder het ministerie van BZK ressorterende shared service organisatie. VWS zorgt voor de bemensing van het DevOps team Marjolein bij SSC-ICT. Project: Voor de ontwikkeling geldt dat wordt gewerkt binnen de voor de Rijksoverheid geldende standaarden voor software security, privacybescherming en toegankelijkheid voor visueel beperkte medewerkers ('accessibility'). Gebruikersvriendelijkheid, performance en toegang via mobiele devices ('responsive webdesign') dienen te voldoen aan in de markt gangbare normen. Om beheer en onderhoud zo eenvoudig mogelijk te maken, wordt er geprobeerd om zoveel mogelijk functionaliteit van de generieke ECM-applicatie toe te passen en applicatie specifieke functionaliteit tot een minimum te beperken. Testers worden ingezet op het uitvoeren van regressietesten in de verschillende omgevingen. Dit wordt aangevuld met handmatige testen op nieuwe en bestaande functionaliteiten. Ook het uitbreiden van het automatisch testen behoord tot de werkzaamheden. Opdrachtomschrijving: De opdracht heeft betrekking op het testen van de wijzigingen van het ECM systeem van VWS.
