Heb jij een passie voor elektronica, analyse en probleemoplossing? Krijg je energie van het opsporen van technische storingen en het optimaliseren van complexe systemen? Dan ben jij misschien de Tester - Troubleshooter Elektronica die we zoeken.

In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het testen, analyseren en valideren van elektronische systemen en subassemblages van onze geavanceerde onderwaterdrones. Dankzij jouw kritisch oog en technische expertise worden defecten snel opgespoord, correct geanalyseerd en structureel opgelost.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Testen en valideren van elektronische subassemblages en eindproducten.
  • Controleren van de functionaliteit volgens de voorgeschreven specificaties.
  • Analyseren en lokaliseren van storingen op kabel-, component- en PCB-niveau.
  • Onderzoeken van foutoorzaken en formuleren van gepaste corrigerende maatregelen.
  • Opstellen en opvolgen van test- en kwaliteitsrapporten.
  • Ondersteunen en begeleiden van collega's bij technische problemen en foutanalyses.
  • Actualiseren en verbeteren van productiedossiers, werkinstructies en technische documentatie.
  • Actief bijdragen aan procesoptimalisatie en continuous improvement initiatieven.
  • Samenwerken met productie-, engineering- en testteams om de kwaliteit van onze systemen te waarborgen.

Jouw profiel

  • Je beschikt over een technische opleiding in Elektronica, ICT, Elektromechanica of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Ervaring in een test-, kwaliteits- of troubleshootingsfunctie is een pluspunt.
  • Je hebt een sterke interesse in elektronica, foutanalyse en technische diagnose.
  • Je kan elektrische, elektronische en mechanische schema's lezen en interpreteren.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en hebt oog voor detail.
  • Je bent analytisch ingesteld en gaat systematisch te werk bij het opsporen van storingen.
  • Je hebt interesse in fijn technisch werk, zoals bekabeling en elektronische montage.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en werkt graag samen met collega's.
  • Je bent leergierig en neemt initiatief om technische kennis verder uit te bouwen.
  • Kennis van Linux, Python of C++ is een pluspunt.
  • Je kan je vlot uitdrukken in het Nederlands en hebt een basiskennis van Engels of Frans.
  • Je voelt je comfortabel bij het administratief verwerken van testresultaten en technische rapporte
