Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir 1 Testmanager_in mit Erfahrung in Testautomatisierung Aufgaben

* Erstellung von Testkonzepten für neue und vorhandene IT-Lösungen

* Ausarbeitung von Testfallspezifikationen für alle Teststufen

* Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Steuerung von Tests aller Teststufen

* Qualitätssicherung von Anforderungsanalysen und Spezifikationen sowie Ausschreibungsunterlagen

* Testumgebungs-Management

* Koordination von Integrationstests

* Unterstützung von Anwendern im Zuge von Abnahmen und Schulungen

* Übernehmen der Rollen Tester und Testmanager in einer Person

* Automatisierung von Testfällen mit vorhandenen Tools

* Unterstützung des Beschwerdemanagement-Teams durch Analysen

* Unterstützung im Software-Rollout Prozess

* Unterstützung im SCRUM Prozess als Meeting Facilitator

Profil

* Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung im Test von komplexen IT-Systemen

* Ausbildung als Tester nach ISTQB (min. Foundation Level) von Vorteil

* Fundierte Kenntnisse von Testmethoden und -werkzeugen

* Grundkenntnisse des SW-Engineerings (Java, Oracle, XML, Webservices, UML)

* Erfahrung in der Java Entwicklung

* Kenntnisse agiler Methoden (SCRUM oder Kanban) von Vorteil

* Erfahrung in agilen Entwicklungsteams von Vorteil

* Hohe soziale Kompetenz

* Professionelles Auftreten und Moderationsfähigkeit bzw. hohe Kundenorientierung

* Überzeugungskraft und hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein

* Selbständige Arbeitsweise

* Überdurchschnittliches Interesse an technischer, fachlicher und persönlicher Weiterentwicklung

Ausbildung

* Abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik oder vergleichbare Ausbildung mit mehrjähriger relevanter Berufserfahrung

* Zertifizierung ISTQB Foundation Level

* Zertifizierung ISTQB Advanced Level Testanalyst von Vorteil

* Zertifizierung IREB Foundation Level von Vorteil
