Als Test Operator test jij de tandwielkasten die later gemonteerd worden in de windturbines.

We zoeken een operator met ervaring en motivatie om aan de slag te gaan in een internationale omgeving die meewerkt aan een groenere toekomst.

Het loon is afhankelijk van je ervaring en diploma, maar wordt aangevuld met 16,25% ploegenpremie en 40% nachtpremie.

Als Test Operator controleer je finaal alle tandwielkasten, volgens de klantenspecificaties en ZF standaarden, nadat deze werden gemonteerd. De Test bestaat uit 4 fases:

  • Voorbereiding: nauwkeurig manipuleren en opbouwen van tandwielkasten in daarvoor ontwikkelde testbanken met behulp van een rolbrug (> 40 ton).
  • Flushen: spoelen van de tandwielkast met zuivere olie om rest-onzuiverheden uit de tandwielkasten te verwijderen
  • Testen: trillingen, geluid, druk, temperatuur en oliereinheid worden getest bij verschillende belastingen van tandwielkasten. Als operator ben je verantwoordelijk voor de voorbereiding, het eigenlijke testen, alsook de interpretatie achteraf.
  • Afwerking: afbouwen van tandwielkasten en verwijderen van hulpstukken na de testrun. Finale inspectie op lekken en/ of beschadigingen. Je hebt inzicht in het testproces en bent verantwoordelijk voor de veiligheid rond de teststand. Je grijpt in bij vermoeden van gevaar voor medewerkers, voor de installatie en voor de tandwielkast zelf.
  • Je genoot een volledige TSO of BSO + 7de jaar opleiding, in een technische richting.
  • Sterk technisch en analytisch denkvermogen
  • Mondeling en schriftelijk goed Nederlands en Engels, en communicatief sterk
  • Zelfstandig kunnen werken, maar ook in team goed kunnen functioneren
  • Vlot werken met computer en kennis van Outlook, Excel en Word
  • Bij voorkeur minimum 3 jaar ervaring binnen een mechanische testing omgeving, met ervaring binnen R&D gerelateerde activiteiten
  • Nauwkeurig, veiligheidsbewust en kwaliteitsgericht
  • Bereid tot 3-ploegenarbeid en weekendwerk, eventueel volcontinu rotatiesysteem.
