The posting

Voor een internationale productieomgeving binnen de maakindustrie zijn we op zoek naar een enthousiaste TIG-Lasser. In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het lassen van aluminium constructies en kaders volgens technische tekeningen. Je werkt zowel aan seriewerk als aan maatwerkprojecten en draagt bij aan een kwalitatief en efficiënt productieproces.

Jouw taken

  • Lassen van aluminium kaders en constructies met een TIG-lastoestel en manuele toevoeging.
  • Opbouwen van opstellingen op lastafels ter voorbereiding van het laswerk.
  • Lezen en interpreteren van technische tekeningen.
  • Monteren van voorassemblages.
  • Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles op eigen laswerk met behulp van meetinstrumenten zoals schuifmaat, rolmeter en kalibers.
  • Registreren en opvolgen van kwaliteitscontroles via controlebladen.
  • Verwerken van productieorders in een ERP-systeem.
  • Afwisselend uitvoeren van seriewerk en maatwerkopdrachten.
  • Zorgdragen voor een vlotte communicatie tijdens ploegoverdrachten.
  • Indien nodig polyvalent ondersteuning bieden op andere werkposten.

Ervaring met TIG-lassen van aluminium.

Je kan technische plannen lezen en interpreteren.

Je hebt kennis van meetinstrumenten en kwaliteitscontroles.

Ervaring met een ERP-systeem is een pluspunt.

Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor kwaliteit.

Orde, netheid en veiligheid zijn voor jou belangrijk.

Basiskennis Nederlands (spreken en lezen) is een meerwaarde.

Je kan vlot communiceren in het Engels.

Je bent bereid om in een tweeploegenstelsel te werken.

Je bent flexibel en functioneert goed binnen een team.

Je hebt een positieve en hands-on ingesteldheid.
