Ben jij een administratieve duizendpoot met een klantgerichte aanpak? Werk je graag in een dynamische omgeving waar geen enkele dag hetzelfde is? Voor een groeiend bedrijf actief in duurzame energieoplossingen zijn we op zoek naar een enthousiaste onthaalmedewerker voor een tijdelijke opdracht van 6 tot 8 weken, met reële kans op verlenging.

Als onthaalmedewerker ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten, leveranciers en collega's. Je zorgt ervoor dat alles administratief vlot verloopt.

Beantwoorden en verwerken van inkomende telefoongesprekken

Doorverbinden naar de juiste contactpersoon of boodschappen correct doorgeven

Beheer van de algemene mailbox en opvolging van binnenkomende vragen

Inplannen van afspraken voor de verkoopafdeling na offerteaanvragen via telefoon, mail of website

Aanmaken van nieuwe klantendossiers in het systeem

Aanvragen van keuringen bij externe keuringsinstanties

Administratieve aanmeldingen van installaties bij Fluvius

Controleren en verwerken van aankoopfacturen

Ondersteunen bij algemene administratieve taken

Beheer van social media kanalen en voorbereiden van content

Actief meedenken over marketingacties en communicatie

Bestellen van kantoorbenodigdheden, drank en andere voorzieningen

Ondersteunen bij de organisatie van evenementen, infomomenten en andere activiteiten Je hebt een eerste ervaring in een administratieve of onthaalfunctie

Je bent klantvriendelijk en communicatief sterk

Je werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd

Je kan vlot schakelen tussen verschillende taken

Je neemt initiatief en denkt proactief mee

Je hebt een goede kennis van MS Office

Affiniteit met social media en marketing is een grote troef

Je bent leergierig en pikt nieuwe systemen snel op

Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands
